Ten Year Warranty on Manufacturer of Log Components

CENTENNIAL LOG HOMES warrants for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase to replace (material only) any structural defect that occurs in the log materials. Cosmetic log maintenance is the responsibility of the purchaser and is not included in this warranty. The purchaser must treat the log materials with a quality wood preservative within 90 days after deliver and every four years thereafter for the warranty to remain in effect. This warranty shall not apply to the natural tendency of logs to check unless this condition shall cause a structural weakness, or a clear through crack, nor does it apply to defects arising from construction which does not comply with our specifications or local building codes. CENTENNIAL LOG HOMES further warrants that all windows, doors, roofing material, dimensional lumber, stairs, caulk, spikes and all other material supplied by CENTENNIAL LOG HOMES are guaranteed against defects for one (1) year from the date of delivery. Fiberglass roofing shingles are not included in this warranty, but are warranted by our shingle supplier for a period of not less then twenty-five (25) years. All warranties are for materials only and are not transferable.
